At FirstCopyWatches India, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The product received is different from what was ordered

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The product must include original packaging, box, and tags

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Size or color mismatch (unless incorrect product was sent)

  • Minor color difference due to screen resolution

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Orders placed with incorrect address or contact details

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

  • Order ID

  • Product images or unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Reason for return

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer

5. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return pickup charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

7. Fraud Prevention Policy

To prevent fraud and misuse:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or wrong product claim

  • Fake or manipulated claims will be rejected
