  • All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.

  • Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Surat, Gujarat.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 working days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 working days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

  • Any applicable COD charges will be displayed before order confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID via SMS / WhatsApp / Email

  • Courier partner details

You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts.

  • If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us.

7. Address & Contact Details

Please ensure:

  • Correct and complete shipping address

  • Active phone number for delivery coordination

8. Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the delivery

  • Inform us immediately with photos or video proof
